Olives are pressed to extract their oil; the raw olive oil and water are then separated.

Harvested olives are washed clean of dirt and leaves, yielding a pristine raw material.

Filtering & Packaging

The resulting olive oil is filtered to enhance quality, then packaged in suitable containers ready for consumption.

The Olive's Journey

A year-long agricultural journey of the olive tree, intertwined with nature.

  • January

    Soil cultivation begins.

  • February

    Pruning of trees begins; fertilization is performed.

  • March

    Buds form on the trees; sapling planting takes place.

  • April

    Weed control and grafting are carried out.

  • May

    Trees begin to flower.

  • June

    Fruit set begins.

  • July – September

    Fruit development continues; young saplings in particular are kept watered.

  • October

    Harvest of green table olives begins; factories start operating.

  • November

    Harvest of oil olives begins; sapling planting takes place.

  • December

    End of harvest.
